About the Role:
The Language Therapist will play a key role in supporting student communication, language development, and overall academic progress. Youll collaborate closely with school staff, students, and families to ensure a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment while providing individualized therapy to meet each students needs.
Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students as required by IEPs or individualized treatment plans.

Assess student needs and develop language therapy goals and interventions.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate student success.

Support student wellness, development, and academic progress through evidence-based practices.

Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:

Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License or appropriate state certification (required).

Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field (required).

Experience working with children/adolescents in educational settings (preferred).
